International delivery
When you order products from auctions or platforms such as Mercari, Rakuten, Yahoo Shopping, and Amazon through our website, your order goes through several stages:
- Product Selection Start by searching for the items you need on Japanese online platforms. You can choose from millions of products at direct supplier prices without any additional markups. Add the selected items to your cart.
- Order Placement and Payment Like in any online store, place your order by providing the necessary information and make payment for the items and a small service fee.
- Order Processing We will order your items from the seller and deliver them to our warehouse in Japan. In some cases, the delivery within Japan to the warehouse may incur a fee. Once your order arrives, usually within 2-3 business days, we will notify you via email, and the order status in your account will change to "In Japan Warehouse/Order Shipment".
- Shipment Processing Fill in all the necessary fields in your account for international shipping. This step allows you not only to select multiple items to consolidate into one package but also provides the option to arrange delivery directly to someone you know, whether it's a relative, friend, or colleague, simplifying the process of sending gifts or items to different addresses.
- Consolidation and Weighing After consolidating and weighing the package, we will determine the shipping cost and inform you for confirmation and payment. This ensures cost transparency and allows you to control the total order cost.
- Shipping Payment After consolidating your items into one package and weighing them, we will calculate the shipping cost for you to pay. Information on weight, dimensions, and international shipping cost will appear in the "Shipments" section of your account, and we will send you an email notification for confirmation and payment. Upon receiving the payment notification, check your balance. If it's negative, don't worry. The shipping payment is made through the "Finances" section of your account, where you can choose a convenient way to top up and enter the required amount for balance replenishment.
- Order Dispatch After paying for shipping, we will arrange the shipment of your package to the specified address on the next business day, preparing all the necessary documentation for international shipping. The status "Shipped from Japan" along with a tracking number will appear in the "Shipments" section of your account for tracking.
- Tracking and Receipt Use your account and provided tracking number to monitor your package. Depending on the location, delivery typically takes between 10 to 20 days. To track your package, use one of the following methods:
