How to buy in Japan with JSM

Stage 1 · Order and purchase

You choose and pay for the item; we buy it and receive it at our warehouse in Japan.

  1. Sign up

    It takes a couple of minutes. Confirm your email with the link in the message — if it has not arrived, check your Spam folder.

  2. Add items to your cart

    Search on our site by name, link or photo — in Amazon, Rakuten, Yahoo and other stores.

  3. Place and pay for your order

    The item price, delivery within Japan and the 500 ¥ fee per item are shown before you pay.

    For Russia: SBP (Faster Payments System), Russian bank card.

    For other countries: PayPal, foreign bank card (Visa/Mastercard), cryptocurrency, bank transfer by invoice.

  4. The item arrives at our warehouse

    We buy it from the seller and receive it at our warehouse in Japan.

Stage 2 · Packing and shipping to you

Once all your items are at the warehouse, we pack them into one parcel and ship it.

  1. Order packing and consolidation

    When your items reach the warehouse, open your account, choose the items, address and delivery method, and order packing with consolidation. Several items in one parcel cost less to ship.

  2. We pack and send the invoice

    We pack and weigh the parcel and send you the exact international shipping cost.

  3. Pay and receive

    After payment we send the parcel to the address you set in your account.

What cannot be shipped

Explosive and flammable items, gases and aerosols, plants and animals, adult goods, counterfeits, licensed goods. Liquids, batteries, medicines and chemicals — agree them with a manager before ordering. Full list of restrictions ›
