Our prices

FEES

• 1. Purchasing items in Japanese online stores (RAKUTEN, AMAZON, YAHOO SHOPPING, UNIQLO): 500 JPY per item.
• 2. Purchasing items via a manager in Japanese online stores (RAKUTEN, AMAZON, YAHOO SHOPPING, UNIQLO) and other stores listed on jsmjapan.com: 4000 JPY per position.
• 3. Purchasing items via a manager in Japanese online stores that are not listed on jsmjapan.com:
  • up to 30,000 yen — 4,000 JPY
  • over 30,000 yen — 1,600 JPY
• 4. Purchasing on YAHOO and MERCARI auctions: 10% of the item price, but not less than 1000 JPY and not more than 5000 JPY per item.
• 5. Bank fee for transferring money to the seller: 0 JPY for regular items, 730 JPY for oversized items, regardless of amount.
• 6. Checking the item for operability or compliance with the description — 1000 JPY.
• 7. Additional repackaging — from 700 JPY; the exact price depends on the type and size.
• 8. Storage of a parcel at the warehouse is free for 30 days from the date the parcel is created. From day 31 storage costs 300 JPY per parcel per day. The amount is deducted from the account balance automatically every day.

Mandatory expenses:

Item price + our fee + bank fee (oversize items) + international shipping.

Additional expenses may include:

• 1. Domestic shipping in Japan (depends on seller)
• 2. VAT Tax 10% of item price, if charged by the seller.
